DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT

This Distance Sales Agreement is entered into between the SELLER and the BUYER (customer), in accordance with the Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, through electronic means via the website.

SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

This agreement sets out the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product(s) ordered by the BUYER from www.lsaestudio.com.

PRODUCT & DELIVERY INFORMATION

• All products are handmade and produced to order.

• For in-stock items, the domestic delivery time is 2–7 business days.

• Please contact us before placing your order to confirm the estimated production and delivery time.

• Shipping fees and terms are specified during the checkout process.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

• The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 2 days from the delivery date for in-stock items, without providing any reason.

• However, there is no right of withdrawal for custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order products.

• For international orders, returns and withdrawals are not accepted.

RETURN CONDITIONS

• If the product is delivered with a defect not caused by the buyer, and this is supported by evidence, a return request may be accepted.

• For in-stock items, return requests based on justified dissatisfaction may be considered.

• Made-to-order products are not eligible for return or refund.

• Return requests must be submitted in writing to: info@lsaestudio.com

• Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

INVOICING

All transactions are processed through electronic invoicing (e-invoice). Invoices are issued based on the information provided at checkout and sent via email.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

• International shipping is available.

• However, returns are not accepted for international orders.

• Delivery times vary by country. Please contact us before placing your order for estimated delivery times.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In the event of a dispute arising from this contract, the BUYER may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court in their place of residence, within the monetary limits determined annually by the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Türkiye.

ENFORCEMENT

This agreement enters into force upon the BUYER's confirmation of the order. The BUYER acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted this agreement prior to placing the order.
